Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

  • Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

2. Refunds

  • Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a refund after placing or receiving your order. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Upon accepting your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

3. Return Guidelines

  • Request Approval First: Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
  • If you are returning an item from outside the U.S., note that shipping may take longer than expected.

4. Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, these are not eligible for returns.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

6. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

7. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • For refunds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
